This years feature event is a Saturday Night Talent Show in the Saville Performing Arts theatre.
Everyone is encouraged to exhibit your talent or talents. Don't be shy.
These talents might include:
Musical - play an instrument - you may bring your own. A grand piano is on location.
- sing, yodel or chant acappella or with instruments
- sing karaoke - a karaoke machine will be on site. Request a song? Let me know.
Theatrical - Put on a skit, a one person play, or a full dram production. Come on you drama
Queens, this is your chance.
- stage wash lighting is provided.
Readings - recite poetry - your own or otherwise.
- read from an novel - your own or otherwise.
Dance - "you think you can dance" - well show us - jig, clog, line dance, break dance, modern
interpretive dance, flamenco or square dance. Anything goes.
Grand Finale - the Susan Boyle look alike contest. The Karaoke machine will be on location with the song - I Dreamed a Dream - all we need is you in your best Susan Boyle outfit.
A panel of judges will judge the talent show and the Susan Boyle contest.
Talent show prizes - 1st - $100.00 2nd - $75.00 3rd - $50.00
